I like the way he points out "all" the rust on the truck lol....Must have never been to Michigan. Ive seen 5yr old cars with more rust than that. Heres an example...guy drives it everyday. Protective of it to, when i was taking the pic, he came out running to see what i was doin lol.



Now this is what a rust problem is lol. You just have some minor "weathering" lol. But in all seriousness, You cant beat a running, driving truck for 300 bucks

 

Hmmm, I see 2 things with that car....


1, it's near the ocean...


2, or it's in a salty area, and kepted in a warm garage covered in salt.....

 

Lol John, nope...just south of Detroit. we do salt the roads though. Oh, and thats the good side, I couldnt snap a pic of the other side

 

I'd like to have that car, just so I could pull it into Roy's and ask him to inspect it....

 

I'm sure it'll pass! Hell, it's well ventilated, and he doesn't even need to open the door to check the inside

I can see why he would be so protective. He must have spend a lot of time "customizing" it.

 

I got my 84 three on the tree for 5 bills, but it only had 98k actual miles on it. My step-dad bought it new, and he pokes around on the road. he was religious about grease jobs and oil changes, so I feel it was worth the 2 extra bills...besides, he sold me a heavy-duty car dolly for another 3 bills.
