thank you it's greatly appreciated. I need to start working on this and an extra truck would sure help things out. I'm going to an auction sale on thursday where the is a 71 F-100 but some of the parts are not compatable, but if it goes cheap enough I'll buy it.

The sadder thing is , he wouldn't sell it whole.
he would part it out.

This is after 4 years of trying to convince him to help the world save these Rare beauty's.

 

As luck would have it, I managed to pick up a 1970 F-100 Sport Custom which in my humble opinion is a nicer truck to restore. Thank you for the effort if you ever need anything give me a shout I can see what I can come up with

I have a 1968 f250 ranger camper special thet I got for free from my father. I might be willing to part with it for the right price.

 

I have a 68 camper special with a 390. It has 50k original mile and there is none nicer. Now the bad news. I was hit in the front end. Breaks my heart but I have it in storage and no time to restore. Let me know if you want photos.

Your truck is probably worth 8k-10k realistically.
