photo of F-1's right off assembly line

I don't see any F-2, they look to be all F-4s or larger. The white doesn't look like it has anything on the back, it could just be blocked by what looks like a wooden seat frame work on the bus chassis or it might just be a bare chassis for a custom body on the back.

There's a white, green, red and another green F1-F3 (judging by the height) sitting behind the green staionary truck that's parked behind the pulled out red truck. There's also a red Panel parked behind the red F4-F6 flatbed further down in the same row after the break in the roadway.
I agree with Bob on the yellow truck being a school bus.

The larger trucks are definitely F5-F6. F7-F8 have a much larger front end and sit up slightly higher. I've had an F8. The green truck behind the pulled out red truck is likely an F4, then the two trucks behind it appear to be F1-F2, and the last red truck is probably an F3. Not sure if it's the angle of the picture, but the last red truck in that row before the roadway break is sitting slightly higher than the white and green trucks before it. Since the F3 trucks had 17" wheels, that would explain the slight height difference.

I like the temporary wooden seat they have on the school bus chassis. And when was the last time you saw a guy like that lot inspector (holding the clipboard) wearing a suit? I'd like to have a time machine so that I could buy one of those flatbeds, then drive into that factory and load it down with F-1 and big truck fenders.

Every wheel I see is a widow maker. I say that because the faces are totally black. On lock ring style wheels the rings where galvanized (unpainted) thus appear to be silver in pictures. Same applies in factory pictures that we see of rear dual wheels. The inner "side ring" of a WM is galvanized and thus a silver color. Since my laptop is visiting an exorcist I admit that I'm viewing the pic on my iPhone, so might not be seeing everything. None of the wheels are 22.5s because they came on market in 1956. Stu
