99 XLT with leather. Grey carpet and leather with 3.73 gears. Such a fun truck. Had 143k when I traded her in.

You really have to mess up to get them stuck, I was plowing at the outlaws & drove into the ditch off the paved driveway, hole was covered in snow, one little tug & I was out

Very nice truck Mike. That color is growing on me, I didn't like it at first, but it looks great in the sun. What brand of grill insert is that?

The '07 as she sits now.

The '07 the day I bought her at the dealers lot.

The '77 in 1986 shortly after I bought her.

Robert I would love an old reliable F1 as my daily driver but the Mrs. wont allow it...so newer it is. Hoping to pick up a "toy" in a few years though.

Andrew, you know, the color is growing me too. It was not my first or second choice even. My first is the blue pearl metallic with a tan leather interior. So since Ford changed the option and color combos I had to go with another color, I just don't like black interiors, purely personal preference. So I had to switch to my second choice which was the white pearl. Looking for a 6.2 with the options I wanted was a challenge and took awhile. Just when I was ready to give up and order one I found a dealer that had not one, but two 6.2's, the one I ended up with and a sweet King Ranch in the white pearl. I missed the KR by two hours so I took the golden bronze. It really does look sweet in the sun.

As to the grill insert, I'm not sure. In these pics is they way I bought it, the previous owner put all that on. Most of the add-on chrome is Putco, so I assume the grille inserts are as well, but I have never checked. The bull nose is a Ford dealer add on so maybe the grill insert is too.

Gerry, refresh my memory, is the Windevil blue the new version of that bright blue non metallic Grabber Blue? My wife's is the metallic blue that is a couple shades lighter than the blue pearl on the Superduty's. My wife loves it and it took her awhile to find one with an automatic that she had to have. I love it as well, but it's a bit too small for me, I like my F250. Although, I did have a 76 Mustang II Mach 1 fastback with a 302. I know folks hated the MII's, but I will tell you, that was one fast car with that 302! Of course being a crazy 18 year old I had to replace the 2bbl with a 4bbl and it nearly caused me to lose my drivers license.

Mike , Windveil blue is hard to describe, best thing I can say is go to the ''American Muscle'' site & look for the color, thats the best site for stang stuff, my wife had to have an auto too, no my choice, thx Gerry

OK, that was a perfect site to get the colors, thanks. My wife's is the; Vista Blue, and your wife's; Windevil Blue looks to me what Ford use to call medium metallic blue. Of course such boring names don't work for modern muscle cars.
