How much does the frame weigh?

How much does the frame weigh?
Can anyone here tell me approximately how much the stripped frame of an F150 SWB would weigh? I'm trying to figure out how much help I'll need to lift it after it's been powdercoated. Any help would be much appreciated.

Grab a buddy or two and move it before it gets done?
My dad and I could move my ext. cab long box frame if we had to, but grabbed a third helper once it was powder coated to make it easier. I don't have a number, but it was a heavy mother.

I was thinking it was going to be more than I could handle with only my wife's help. It just struck me that I could lift one end with my engine hoist and then maybe get a buddy to help with the other end. The SWB should be a little lighter than the LWB, but it's still a lot of steel. Thanks for the info.

I got my totally stripped '86 FSB frame into the back of my '92 RCLB F150 with only one helper, and it was not that bad. We set the rear frame rails on the tailgate, and I got in the bed and pulled the frame in while my helper pushed on the front frame horns. It was very easy to pick up with one person at the front, and one at the rear(like carrying a stretcher), just make sure to wear gloves, those metal edges will wear holes in your hands quickly!
