92-96, where do you mount aux. switches?

hi all,
I wanna mount some auxilary rocker switches for my strobe lights, cargo lights, etc, in the cab of my 94 F150. Im trying to figure out the best spot to put a switch panel. there's a bracket online for 92-97 F-series that mounts above the storage pocket on the right side of the wheel, but thats like $150. anybody got any ideas? pics would be even better. I was leaning towards the storage pocket below and to the right of the wheel, but I dont wanna lose any storage space...
thanks in advance,
Brian

Here's where I put 3 switches...

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I like those switches because they have a decent amperage rating, look & feel nice, and just take a round mounting hole...

check out Galls too. We buy all of our switch stuff for our patrol vehicles. Usually they have some pretty interesting switch mounting solution.

Hey guys,
Thanks for all the replies. I like the idea of the spot on the dash up and to the right of the wheel. Only thing I'm worried about is, since I have an auto trans, accidentally hitting a switch. I just don't wanna activate my blue lights by accident haha. The current switch I have for em has a switch cover so that (in theory) can't happen...
I might make a bracket for the switches and put them down below the dash below and to the left of the slide-out tray. They'd be next to my scanner and set back enough where (in theory) they'd be protected. I'll take a pic of the spot I'm talkin about later.
I'll post a link to that switch panel I talked about later, as my iPod won't let me do so.
Brian
