P1670 and other stuff

I've been chasing a smokey start situation for a while now and I got this code with an AE scanner. I just got the scanner and have a few other codes including:
P0380 Glow Plug/Heater Circuit A (probably since i have a manually controlled GPR
P0603 Internal Control Modulke Keep Alive Error (Recently replaced one battery and had both batteries out to do the injector O-rings)
P0541 Intake Air Heater A Circuit Low (since i have deleted the heater)

I also had:
P0269 Injector 3 Circuit Contribution/Balance Fault (Change Rotational Velocity 3.7-4.2 % at idle after warm-up)
P0284 Injector 8 Circuit Contribution/Balance Fault (Change Rotational Velocity 3.6-4.9%)

Of all of this, i am most concerned about the P1670. I wanted to check conections to the box and look for wire problems. However, I haven't been able to find the module. Where is it located?
THanks

P0380 You explained.
P0603 is from a chip or programmer.
P0541 is from AIH delet

You CCT results look a little high but they can be from a combination of the CPS used and the long lead injector in #8.

1670? Is that an IDM code? It is located on the back side of the DS Inner fender.

I just installed a dark blue CPS before running this scan. I had a grey one.

Truck runs fine on the road but start ups started to get smokey (blue-white) a few month ago. I replaced all injector O-rings and definitely found two on the same injector that appeared to be damaged. That cleared up much of the smoke.

The smoke on start-up appears more white now. No coolant loss or oil/fuel in the coolant that i can see.

Any ideas on the remaining smoke greatly appreciated.

Thanks
