53-56 F100 Width
Can someone give me a width measurement of a flareside F100 at the front and rear guards.
It want too work out the max width I can set my wheels at before my tires will protrude outside of the guards.
All the best
Dan
I want to make sure I understand your question. You want to know the overall width (outside to outside) of the front and rear fenders?
If this is the case, I will measure when I get home today. If not, please educate me!
Good Luck,
Being from New Zealand we may use different terminology. To me a fender is a bumper guard at the front and rear of the truck. This is not the measurement I need. I need the width from the most outer points of the wheel arches/ mudguards. If this is a fender in U.S terms please let me know and ill change my terminology.
Thanks for taking this measurement

It want too work out the max width I can set my wheels at before my tires will protrude outside of the guards."
The outside measurement at the front "fenders"(CDN term adopted by the USA as well, because they love our superior use of words) is 75.7"
You would lose approx. 1" or more on each side to get to a safe inside fender measurement where the tires would not rub on the inside of the fenders
I know the rear fender outside width is less than the front but I don't have that measurement. Maybe fatfords has it.
The track (center of the tread to center of the tread measurement) is 60."
