Like I said, maybe you should consider retiring if it's too rough for ya. Granted, what you consider a job with your new business is what most of us would call retirement, but I think we all agree you're way ahead of the rest of us in that department, so what's the drawback to going full time retirement (again)?

Of course looking at the fuel consumption of some of your toys, I guess it's understandable that some form of income might be beneficial.

This has actually been done for some days.

This one's going to be two stories on top of this basement

And we have another basement dug ready to lay out the footer as soon as the weather breaks. We've had LOTS of rain.

The squares are for a fireplace. That's the brick ledge at the corner. Just because of the contour of the ground.

Not a hundred percent sure, but it looks to be rock inside and out.

I actually like some fried spam! They have a generic here, believe it or not. It's called Treat. As if spam wasn't cheap enough!

Somethin' ta do with WWII, everything food wise was rationed, beef, coffee, sugar, etc and/or everything else was in short supply. Spam wasn't, and was shipped all over the world and a few folks started to take a liking to it. Plus, it tastes just like long pork.

Another island, Great Britain had trouble feeding itself as well - here's the food ration, for one person, during the war for one week. Rationing didn't end there till 1954.

I spent $9,886.00 in diesel on my 8 day getaway, but I won $7,450.00 at black jack in the Atlantis resort. Guess I did ok
