That is what I thought; however, I just wanted to make sure. Because I am experiencing the EXACT same thing with my cruse control. No light on test. Then one day out of the blue it would work but only for a few minutes. Next day would not. Same issues as the original person who started this thread.
I will check the brake pedal switch today.
