HELP!!! 2012 F250 Rattle Noise

So I drive a 2012 F250 6.2L and recently I've been hearing this rattling noise, kinda like a bag of washers being tossed about. I thought it was the snap brackets for the fog lights cause I removed my fogs and the brackets were loose enough to jingle so I zip tied them and it seemed like the rattle stopped however coming home the other day I hit a pothole and the rattle jingle noise happened again. I've checked most of the front end making sure all is tight which it is so I'd love if someone could shoot me some advice!

Update: There were some lose snap bolts and brackets I'd missed so I took them off but no luck. I have come to the conclusion however the noise only occurs when the suspension is compressed. I figured this out by having my 300lb friend stand on the bumper and then I hit the coils with a mallet and I could hear the rattling noise and no I was not mistaking the coil vibration for the rattle noise.

Check your step bars if you have them. Why did you remove your fog lights?

I'll go check them now, I replaced my fogs with Rigid LED lights and then took them off to put on my ATV. I'm gonna buy the SAE rigid fog lights that are street legal.

Check your shock bolts - just grab the shock and wiggle it; it shouldn't move

Figured out it's my front bumper, its rattling because I have my fog brackets off right now which also support the bumper.
