I know this thread is old, but this is the best info I've found on dipsticks - Thank you NumberDummy, for all that you've done for me without knowing it. :-)

I just had my 360 rebuilt, and I broke the dipstick tube trying to get it out. I still have the dipstick - I can't find anything stamped on it but ADD & FULL (and an "M" about 2" up from FULL), but the measurements make it a
C7TZ-6750-B = 17.68" shield to full / 18.48" shield to add / 19.59" shield to end. 1967/74 F100/350
(Thank you NumberDummy)
Can anyone tell me what the part number is for the tube and/or where to get one?

What year is this, 1969 F100?

Yes, sorry, 69 F100 2WD.

What makes you suggest that particular alternative? (D1TZ-6754-C)

I'm finding a few online (C5AZ-6754), but they all say they are for a 289. LMC already shipped me one for a 302 (just to get me off of the phone when I was telling them I didn't think it would work, I think) that isn't even close.

1965/76 F100/350 FE: There are FOUR different 2WD & THREE different 4WD dipstick tubes.

good Morning Bill,
Resurrecting this thread. I have a problem with what I believe to be the wrong dipstick (likely from the 'correct' year truck, 1974 F100), with my truck. Unfortunately, the FE (390) engine in my truck is likely from a 66 Ford Fairlane. There are no part numbers on my current oil dipstick - only some dots that indicate Add and Full, along with an M or W.

Do you know the part number for a dipstick for a 66 Fairlane with a 390 engine?
