I'm sure this has been covered before but I didn't have any luck with the 'search'. I have a '69 F100 4x4 with a 4spd manual tranny. What gear oil should I be running in the diffs, tranny, and transfer case? Can I run the same in all boxes?

I know, I know....I do actually have a manual but recently moved and can't find the dern thing right now.
