F150s have 5.5s and 6.5s on Screws.
Longer beds are rare though.

Only reg. and extended cabs came with an 8' bed, other than that as khadma said only 5.5' and 6.5' came with the screws,

The six and a half foot bed is pretty rare around here on the 04-08 SuperCrew trucks. For some reason, I see them a lot more on the 09+ models.

They are super rare here to, these are great options for the F150 Screw if you can find one.

The 6.5 foot bed was only available in 2007 & 2008 on SuperCrew cabs. 5.5 foot was the only bed length available on a SCrew from 2004-2006

The entire time I was searching for a truck, I only saw one Screw with a 6.5' bed and I looked at a lot of trucks before I finally made a purchase.

You know...you're right. Just checked the specs and the 6.5 foot bed did become available late in the 06 model year. Nice catch!

The 6.5' bed is pretty rare here in CO. Luckily the dealership had one come in the day after I stopped by. Hard to put a 6' ladder in one of the short beds lol...

Look at the amount of space between the end of the cab and the beginning of the rear wheel well. That's the easiest way to see the difference. The dealership I bought mine at called me 4 times, going back and forth over whether it had the 6.5' bed on it. Don't trust the salesman's word on it. I double checked mine before I bought it just to make sure since the short bed wasn't viable for my work.

Haha, yeah, it's even harder to put an 8' sheet of plywood or drywall in either of them.

When I went shopping for a truck, I was in need of an extended cab long bed (8' bed) an they were extremely rare in my area, but that's what I had to have. After 4 long months of hard looking and patiently waiting, I finally found one, that even had 4 wheel drive, the only real luxury the truck came with. Now over the last 3 or 4 years, it seems like I've seen quite a few of them on the road

Xs 2! All they're more concerned about is getting you into the dealership so the can unleash their sales shpeil on you!
