welding cart and tig cooler project

Hey guy`s, been busy and kinda staying away from my truck this year, figured i`d focus on building some tools and organising my garage, here`s a tig cooler and cart i just built, basically used scraps i had lying around, the bottom part of the cart is actually the bottom of my toolbox i built several years ago, since i got rid of my shop i didn`t need a moveabe box anymore so i figured i`d use it. the pump is a 115v sprayer pump, tank from a golf cart, condenser out of a 89 crown vic, green welder is a everlast pp256 multi process ,tig, stick plasma beside my baby lincoln mig welder, still have a few other things i want to do to the cart but figured i`d post up some pics.

Nicely done! What gets cooled on the TIG? Is it the gun or the transformers and electronics?

The tig gun itself gets cooled by liquid, you can get away with a air cooled gun but if you want to weld lots of alluminum you`ll overheat the gun.if you look at where the gun harness plugs into the welder there is two extra lines that plug into the cooler lines at right hand side of the cart, i used pressure washer quick couplers so if i do need to remove the cable i can.
Thanks for the comments!!

I've been interested in your truck build. Now that I see you organizing your shop that's peaking my interest as well. Nice job on your cart.

Thanks! next project is a different workbench, i want to build it with a removable sheetmetal bender, receiver hitch pockets so i can remove my vice and install other tools, all anchored to the floor so i get no movement, proper welding table and if there`s time a deep throat bead roller.
