Houston State Inspection

Anyone know a "friendly" state inspector in Houston? Need to get an inspection tomorrow and no time to figure out the Check Engine Light.

Go to Village Automotive in Spring. Ask for Ashton and tell him you are a friend of mine.

Thanks I'll keep that as plan B. I changed a coil and I think I might have fixed the issue. Pulled the negative cable to clear the code and going to have it inspected first thing in the morning. Wish me luck.

If that passes I have to get it registered then get with the City of Brenham to drop the ticket for no registration. Geez everything has to be an ordeal.

JD you have to drive it about 25 miles or so before the service computer will allow the test to run to get the PCM to reset and not have a cleared memory

Actually had to drive it about 100 miles. And check engine light came back on. Long story. Hope to get it fixed at my Dads shop next week.
