Good evening all. Another nice day, in the books. I just wish i could convince myself this is what the rest of the season will be like. Unfortunately, I know all too well, Mid-February through March is the worst. Oh well.
I did make a little, Last Day of The Year purchase yesterday. Since we traded the 250 for the Bronco and I sold the Miata several months ago. I have been without an every day ride. I started looking at 150s, then thought, the Explorer would be a better match. So, my Explorer search was on. After reviewing several, looking at a couple, I kept coming back to this particular 08 unit. I made an offer, a couple weeks ago, but they turned it down. Thursday, I made arrangement to see it yesterday. My, "cash in hand" offer was accepted and I drove a very clean, very tight 08 Explorer home. It's a V-8, "Iron Man" edition. The Iron Man was a "special edition" unit. Typical cosmetics with 18 inch wheels and two tone leather interior. Pics to come with the sun tomorrow.

Morning Denny, Craig, all D-ware and visitors. Congrats Denny on the new (to you) ride !! Is it the 4.6 V8 ? Understand you didn't buy it for the fuel mileage.
