fluid leaking

2001 7.3 I bought it from the original owner and he took very good care of it.
I tried to follow the hard line, but it goes behind part of the front cover. Unless I take everything apart of the front of the engine, it's hard to see where it starts at.
I added the clear tube to the end of the hard line/barb fitting so I could collect the fluid. As soon as the bottle fills up, I'll take another pic.
To give a better perspective of the pic, I took it from the bottom of the truck, looking up.
I'll see if I can get some more pic tomorrow.

Well, unless the previous owner installed a barbed fitting on the end of the fuel bowl drain tube, it's not the fuel bowl drain tube, because that's just a hard line with no fitting on the end.
Since you say there's a barbed fitting on the end, it makes me wonder if there's a missing soft line that's supposed to be attached to it.
I still think it's the fuel bowl drain tube, but that barbed fitting on the end is throwing me off. Can you get a picture of the end of the tube where you attached the clear soft line tube?
