1999 7.3 Powerstroke running rough at low idle

My 99 F350 7.3 runs rough at low idle highway speeds. High pressure oil pump lines leaking slightly. Could this be the problem. Runs smooth at high speeds with power on.

if the HPOP are leaking you need to replace them to day. when they bust it will stop the truck. and it can cause a lot of problems with them leaking.
