I hear that. I'd like to go down to someplace near Branson, Missouri, on the lake. Preferably not that close to Branson. I love the lake, but I could care less if I stepped in that town ever again!

Yeah, the town is a total tourist trap. It's beautiful outside of town. The lake, tablerock lake, is just gorgeous. Not a lot of boats, and it's huge.

I will have to add that to our list of vacation travels. We try to go to different places each year to build a list of places we would enjoy staying at while seeing the most of America we can see during retirement.

Howdy Corey!

Lanny, it's a good place to visit. There are lots of shows to see (if you're into that. Wife is, I'm not) and all sorts of touristy stuff. We take our boat down there, and rent a cabin on the lake.

Well that gives me several options to consider, thanks! Yeah, I'm not much on the shows either..but hey..any chance to get away from work is a good chance, eh?

I can relate to that one, we have had a high wind warning in effect for the last couple of days up here.

Good Morning Everyone! Happy Thursday!! Overcast day, with strong warm winds that melt the snow while it snows..looks like we will have a nice layer of ice covered by some snow for tomorrow!
Good to hear from ya, Rick!

Good Afternoon Wyoming. Its been a minute since I have had the time to even turn on a computer. I started a new job at Laramie River Station on November 21. LRS is a 3 unit570 MW coal fired power plant in Wheatland. It has been a big change from a desk job but I love it and feel like I have accomplished something when I leave for the day covered in coal dust.

Also in November my wife and I had an addition to our family. Claire Adeline Whitney was born Novmber 18, weighing 6 pounds 2 ounces. After a little struggle with weight loss and jaundice, she is almolst pushing 8 pounds a getting quite good at keeping us up all night.

My dad and I decided that drag racing the old F100 was getting to be more than we could afford so we traded the 514 engine for a 1963 Ford Falcon Futura and a 1963 Galaxie. Both need a little cleaning up but they both run and drive great. I am also in the Market for a 1966-1977 Bronco. I have a 4BT ready to do a swap, just need a solid bronco to put it in.
