Happy Wednesday all!

Nice Polaris, Jakebrake! If that is a metallic red, it's almost the color of my R1. Very cool.

How is everyone doing today? I hope everyone is doing well. Well, I went down to San Diego for an interview yesterday with a temp agency that was trying to get me a job with an aerospace company. They turned over my resume on Friday, so we'll see what happens. He has other companies that they fill for, so we'll see how it goes. Hopefully someone will bite.

This morning I had to head over to the new house at the crack of dawn and wait for the gas man/woman to show up so that they could turn the gas on. It was frickin' freezing over there because no heat has been on for months. So, at least they didn't take all day and showed up by 9am. I was able to take a big load of boxes and stuff over and then came home, reloaded and went back over with a second load of crap. Makes me feel better than some stuff is out of the old house and into the new one. Now we just need to get movin' on packing the rest of the crap and get it over there. LOL But at least I see progress is being made. Woooohoooo!

Anyone else having a good day?

Very nice Polaris Jakebrake. I haven't moved up to the side by side yet but here is my Honda up at Wheeler Pass. Happy hump day everyone!

Howdy and thanks everyone! It was a warm afternoon so I took the dogs out for a spin around the neighborhood in the Polaris this afternoon. They like to go for rides and the neighbors all crack up when the see both dogs sitting side by side in the front seat. Kameronth, that looks like a 400EX, the one I sold was a 2005 (and yellow too)...those 400EX's are good machines. The other one was a 2005 Rubicon (yellow also) and I would like to have kept it...both machines were in like new condition. But I don't believe I would have ever used them again so I decided to get rid of both. That Rubicon was a going machine...I even used it to tow another Polaris several miles last August when the radiator plugged up with sagebrush and cheatgrass...caused an overheat condition and loss of the waterpump. Honda's (Rubicon especially) are the machine to beat...I wish the Polaris was built like the Honda was. Polaris is on par with most other stuff but the Honda is just a cut above in my opinion. Wheeler Pass...I was there once when I was driving from Tecopa Hot Springs in Death Valley over to Lake Mead.

R1_Demon...yes it is a nice Red Metallic...Sunset Red metaliic is what Polaris calls it. All my friends either have green or camo colored Polaris Rangers so I thought I would be a little different. They have a very nice camo on the "Browning" edition, but I have always been a sucker for red's!
Pray for snow tomorrow everybody...it is so dry around here for this time of year and we need the moisture! Have a good evening.

Good morning everyone! It's December 15th...if you had tasks that you said you would take care of this year...well you don't have much time left! HA...I know that is what everyone wanted to hear. What happened to the storm we were supposed to get?

Good morning all!

It is a 400ex Jakebrake. Fun and fast! I have had my on on the new 700xx lately but I can't justify it yet. You are right, the Honda's are very reliable machines.

Morning Jakebrake (BTW, is your name Jake? Just nice to know who we're talking to!), this year has gone by so fast. I'm ready for winter to be gone, so I can get back to work on my 67.

Morning back at you 97nukeford!
I was given the name by my buddies a long, long time ago...I used to have a compresion release on my dirt bike and I would run all over town setting the thing off. They thought it sounded like a jake on a big truck so they gave me the name and it has stuck ever since.
BTW the name is Ken...and I know your's is not 97nukeford! LOL

Ken, how many miles do you have on your 06? I'm trying to find out if mine will be needing head gastkets.
