Most of those are common with a tuner.

P1211 is common as you increase ICP demand, your HPOP will not be able to keep up.

The P0603 and P0605 are common with a tuner connected as well.

The P0269 is a cylinder balance fault on #3 common with Grey CPS if that's what you have installed.

The P0471 means the EBPS(Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor) is not reading correctly, do you have it disconnected?

P1247 Turbo Boost Pressure Low
P1248 Turbo Boost Pressure Not Detected
P1249 Wastegate Fail Steady State Test

Those boost codes, maybe the hose going to the MAP sensor blew off or has a hole?

Are you having any driveability issues?

Be sure to hit up the 1999 - 2003 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums for further information tons of great info there as well as a great bunch of guys/gals.

The small line that goes from the center of the intake spyder(Where the intercooler boots meet and go into the intake plenum of the motor) across the passenger's side head to the MAP(Manifold Absolute Pressure) Sensor on the firewall above the blower for the HVAC fan.

Make sure that is installed and doesn't have a hole in it.

I would also look for the boots on the intercooler and make sure they are not torn, or popped off. Sounds like you have a torn one.
