04 F-250 6.0l Harley Davidson CC 4x4. the truck has manual lumbar and the drivers seat lumbar doesnt adjust seems like deflated all the time. Has anyone repaired this them selves? any ideas what i am getting into? Have good tools and a great discount at the dealership. All help appreciated.

 

I have the same problem in my 02. It doesnt do anything until the very end then you can kinda feel it give it a little bump. The passenger side gets much firmer. Is it an adjustable thing?

 

Don't know how similar the set-up is F150 to F250...But when I sold my F150, this is how my wife's son fixed the lumbar that my fat A$$ smashed.

Genius, thanks! The pics you posted look a lot like the Ford's diagram for my seats. Can you tell me how you unclipped the bottom of the seat cover back so you could expose the seat internals? It looks like it a rail of plastic that hooks over another rail? Do you just tug on it till it comes apart or is there a special way to undo it without breaking that plastic?
