Is there a reason why you can't change out the tank to pump section to hose like push lock stuff. Fuel rated of course.

I only ask cause when I ran VO on my last truck I ran it on the veggie oil part.

I know u said no plastic bowl but it is pretty thick. Also it does not hang below frame. It would be very easy to add a rock guard to protect it. The clear bowl allows you to see when it needs to b cleaned as opposed to one you cannot see in you might have to waste filters.
