If money does not permit right now, I would save and wait to do the mods you want. Don't settle for something just to do it. Get what you want and enjoy the truck.

Absolutely, sounds like sage advice,,,will get some wear out of the original equipment, and in the interim put away the extra $$ for the upgrade so I can do it right the first time and get what I want,,,,can't wait!

I paid $1100 for all labor. Lift, tire mount and balance, stabilizers and alignment. I usually do my own but just did not want to mess with it. And I didn't hurt for a week!! By the way, Sage Carli only uses stock wheels since he uses suspension to full cycle capacity. No sheet metal damage.

Sage uses stock wheels yes. Stock tires NO! He is running 37's. Stock tires would look goofy as chit period.

Hello fellow Edmontonian,
I was wondering where did you get the Carli Suspension lift? I just picked up a 2012 F350 and i want to lift it, but cant go too high cause I still need to haul around my 5th wheel holiday trailer. Thanks

I went with Ready Lift stage 4. Here's why. The Carli system is supposed to be the ultimate modification and from what I've heard customers are extremely happy. The trouble with that is that you will not kee this truck forever. I seriously doubt the Carli system will add any trade in value. It would actually cost you money to switch everything back to stock. My opinion, go with Ready Lift. It costs less than a grand and you maintain stock comfort. Just follow up with with a caster correction.

I did a cheap ebay 2" spacer lift that cost around $20 for the spacers and hardware.
Now to do it properly you should also get an adjustable track bar, that was the expensive bit at around $225 from bd performance. If you do anything to the height of the suspension on these trucks it will push the axle left or right depending on lift/drop.
Mine was out 1/2". The adjustable trackbar fixed that. I also got a lifetime alignment from firestone, that was around $165? Plus tools to do the job, cause I do all my own work. In the end it cost around $600 to do a 2" leveling kit properly lol!!!
Truck doesnt handle any differently than before, just sits more level.
This is one option for you, I just cant justify spending over 2k to lift my truck another 2"... that's just silly

I'll see if I can post a picture tomorrow. I now have the proper photo bucket app on my phone.

Please understand I'm not trying to force my will on you. I went through quite a bit of back and forth about the Carli system. I realized that I'm a displacement junkie and I'll likely trade in if Ford puts out an even more impressive power train option. So I asked myself will I get any return on investment. My answer was no. Ready Lift parts are guaranteed. All I want is a 3" lift and 35" Nitto Trails. I didn't get my wheels and tires yet but I'm very happy with my lift. I actually look down on most other trucks and I have an outstanding view of the road. Truck rides stock despite the 5" rear blocks.

As before, I appreciate your opinion and everyone else's. I agree with you completely, and I look forward to your pics.
