Hey buddy! Thanks for asking.
208,000 miles and running like a top.
I need to replace the front struts and rear shocks, and the rotors (aftermarket rotors installed around 50K miles) are a little warped. 160,000 miles on them so I ain't complaining!
Might burn 1/2 quart of oil between 5K mile oil changes.
Other than that, running fine. And still have the original serpentine belt.

FOLLOW UP....
I had a moment of concern. The morning after my glowing praise, I exited the interstate on the way to work and the darned truck started loping and idling like it was running on 3 or 4 cylinders.
I was a little bummed.......
I made a quick metal assessment of what was going on. It would run fine just off idle.
A stop by the local parts distributor, one set of Motorcraft plug wires, and now it purrs like a kitten.
It might blow up on the way home, but the thing runs perfectly. Very pleased for 208,000 miles.

Wow,I hope I didn't hex you! Mine is at 68K miles and doing fine. The only problem I have had was at 14K miles it was pinging like a woodpecker on a street light! Ford had to tear down the whole top end, decarbon everything, install a complete new pcv system, and new plugs.I'm getting 19-21 mpg on the highway and 15-17 mpg city.

Have you done the intake manifold coolant intake/output hose combination? If so, for how long have you driven it like that? I'd like to know b/c my 2000 F-150 V-6 is leaking at the intake manifold and I am being told I have to replace the entire intake manifold to the tune of almost $2,000.
