Fuse #22 under hood?

Fuse #22 under hood?
I have been having a problem with something running my batteries down when the truck is just sitting there. It is a early '99 with 7.3. I took off both negatives from the batteries and put in my light tester to find which circuit is draining and found that it is the #22 under the hood that makes the light go off. I put it back in and no other fuse I pull is making the light go off. It says that it is the Junction Box Battery Feed. Does anyone know what exactly does this power?

There's nothing specific to the 7.3 with regards to F22.
F22 is the fuse that feeds the whole in-cabin fuse box.
You need to MEASURE the current draw AFTER waiting 40 minutes from ANY disturbance of the circuit. Otherwise you're going to measure the current draw of the GEM module before the battery saver circuit times out.
See workshop manual for the procedure to properly troubleshoot current draw, otherwise you will waste time and possibly money.

This is my first attempt at attaching, so I hope this works. This is from a 2002, but it will likely work. Pull the relay highlighted and this will be the same as pulling fuse 22 (PCM power and a other important stuff). I believe it is something in your steering wheel wiring harness, or your your relay could be fused (shorted).
