a couple little problems
my truck is a 1978 4x4 with a 400ci V8
i need a 3amp fuse for my gauge cluster lights but nobody has the right length fuse. i checked EVERY possible place in my area and nobody had one. anybody know where i could get one?
my kickdown is unhooked down where it connects to the tranny. i can get it put on but what holds it on? is there a clip or something? i cant figure out what holds it on there
i also need a new t-stat sender, where can i find a good one?

Hey! I would say that you can get the fuses through Napa just have them look the fuse up in their books rather than the computer ...they should also be able to get you the temp sending unit.
As for the kickdown i cannot say since i run and have only experience with a standard trannies. hope that helps. If it don't be patient others will chime in as they can.

If Napa can't find the fuse for you in the books, then you can surely get it online. Even Summit carries a broad range of fuses. Worst case, you may have to get it in a multi-pack.

you are right that particular fuse is a B##$% to find.
no one seem to carry it.
here is what i dit.
I use a longer 3A, and notch the plastic holder above and below, just enougth for the fuse to fit in, connect and it worked.
I could not find anyone with that fuse.
