One Piece Rotor (Ford F-350 4x4 Dually Manual)

I found the one piece rotor (rotor+hub) for really cheap and was wondering If I can use one piece rotor in the FRONT of the truck.

It has 4x4 that I rarely use.

I searched this and could not find anything
