1974 to 78/79 grill trade.

I have a perfect grill shell and inserts in my 74' supercab, I want to swap it over to a 78 / 79 square headlight grille. Anybody looking to do the oposite? We could do a trade.
Location- Northern Indiana.

I have a 76 grill and want a 78 grill with round lights. I think 79s only had squares. I wonder what shipping would cost across country, they are fairly light.

78's had square if it was the Ranger pkg, all 79's had square.
Shipping might be a little bit just because of the size??

I have exactly what you are looking for... the shell isn't in great condition though. Off a '78 250 custom... Though I think you are on the other side of the county

Halfway across the country at least. I'm gonna check a couple salvage yards this week, and get prices to compare to shipping costs.

I'm in Ashland, Ky. I've got all the pieces you need to do the swap. I had a 79 that I done a swap on a couple years ago. The parts are in great conditon. The shell looks almost new. It has one nickel size dent over the left head light which can be fixed. I can send you pics of it if you like.

Hey, I'm originally from Morehead KY. Do you happen to know a ford truck nut down there named Coy DeHart? He was just here yesterday dropping one of his trucks off at my bodyshop, if I had talked to you sooner he could have brought your grill and taken mine back with him. I would like to see pics if you want to email them to me. timspur@yahoo.com
Thanks, Tim.

I'll get you some pics to night. They might not be real good because of the light. No i dont know that guy but Im 45mins from Morehead. If we could have worked that out that would have been a good way to do it. I sent you a email with my cell number. I'm leaving in the morning to go out of town to work but I'll be back home thursday evening and I can get better pics for you. Thanks Scott
