Egr insufficient flow valve tick

My f250 v10 has been throwing insufficient egr flow code for a while now and in the last week it has started causing the valves to tick on the left side. I changed the sensor for the egr and its still doing it any help will be appreciated.

Well I guess I'll clean the egr ports in the intake since none of you can come up with anything.

The DPFE is usually the cause of that code. If you already changed the DPFE a restriction somewhere or bad EGR valve would be my best guess. I guess its possible you could also have a leak in the EGR system somewhere, that may be where the tick is coming from.

Yea I changed to dpfe sensor i did notice that the vacuum line on top of the egr came off but I put it back on still doing the same thing. I think it could be the ports are clogged in the throttle body.
