05' 6.0 won't start once warmed up?

Hey guys,my 6.0 crapped on me again after all day of driving with several stops. Throughout the day it seemed to be harder and harder to start until it finally failed to start. It would turn over but not start. Towed it to the house where it set for 24hrs and out of curiousity I turn the key and it started right up. Made a 30 mile trip and pulled it back into the driveway, turned it off and tryed to start it back up and it would only turn over, never started. Left it alone over night and this morning it started right up with no hesitation. I'm not driving it now because I'm scared to turn it off away from home. Just recently replaced the ficm. The ford dealership said it was the ficm and the ipr when I fixed the ficm, but I was told that it was most likely not both so I just replaced the ficm. Does this sound like the ipr is bad, too. I have not tested anything since the fixed ficm as its been running fine. Thanks for the help and hope my post is understandable. I'm a deisel idiot!

05's and up have an issue with the STC fitting. Common problem. Do a search "wont start when warm", or "Doesn't start when warm" and you will see the situation.

Next time you start it get the codes read.

Here are some parts needed and some you need to get while you are in there to up grade.

Heres some part#s
Dummy rail plugs: W302908
Kit for dummy plugs and stand pipes: 6E7Z-9A332-B
STC Kit 4C3Z-9B246-F 1879930c91
HPOP Filter Screen 3C3Z-6C683-AB 1838526C2

(This list I found was provided by Blade35)

Maybe $200.00 max.

I would have to look at my Ford receipt to be exact

Ok Thanks. I've been yalking with Ed at Ed'sficmrepair.com as I just got the ficm back from him. He is pretty set on it being a ficm problem due to my batteries being low. I got a voltage meter and my batteries are reading:
12.5 independently/cold
11.9 while cranking/cold
12.1 while running/cold
I haven't put the meter on the ficm yet and the truck is not giving any codes
service engine light is not on
