HID lights

What is the best source for HID light kits, and parts? I have HID lights on my truck, and I LOVE them, but I need a new ballast. I also need a kit so I can put them on my new Honda civic

I got mine from Stephen Shaar at www.HIDDirectLLC.com. Very easy to work with. Guess he has a new website: http://www.kcsr.org/showthread.php?t=82760

Definetly go with ddmtuning they are lifetime warranty and they work good. A little slow on shipping but they sell good products. I own a pair of h4 hi low bulbs for my civic and will probably buy a kit for my foglights and for my idi also
