I figure pics get more love than links to pics - so here's a few off my projects...
Supercab:
Custom front fenders (fiberglass) - standard cab isn't my truck.
Aluminum body mounts - they lower the body a bit
Temporary seat mount for race seats - til the cage is done
Mirror brackets
Crew cab:
Seat brackets
Hydroboost bracket
Shock mounts
Core supprt (not done)
Shackles for front
Front leaf hanger
Motor mounts

I absolutely love this bumper. It's simple and not bulky like most, but I didn't think it was that heavy. I was going to fab one up for my truck like it, but damn that's heavy.

wow, one of my old trucks(78 f250 4x4 supercab) has a custom rear and front bumper. The rear looks like a regular diamond plate bumper, but it is made some of the thickest steel I've seen, it has four trailer ball holes, in accordance to size of the ball. the front bumper weighs close to 300 or so lbs, it has a custom brush guard on it, winch plate, and the my dad mounted it, he had to add some metal to the frame horns sticking out so the mounts would be big enough for it, when I get my camera working, I'll take some pics.

Yeah. I had to instal it by myself one time. What a mistake. I dropped it twice and it laughed at me. I finally got one end on a saw horse and then the other on another horse and slid it in. Part of the weight is the mounts are 2 inch receiver tubing, plus the receiver itself. Those two shackle hangers aren't light either. They are actually in a hole in the bumper and welded in. I will never move that sucker on my own again. It's was kinda like dancing with a fat chick with an equilibrium problem.
