Stolen Truck

Hey guys, I know its been a long time since I've been on, I've been super busy. But I'm having a bad day and was hoping to enlist some help.

My truck was stolen sometime last night, so I wanted to put an APB out in the Dallas/ Forth worth area. I'm going to try to post a link because apparently my subscription ended while I've been away and I can't seem to post pictures.

Well, I can't get it to work.....

It's Black with a slight lift, oversized Duratrac tires, a custom built (poorly by me) light bar with Piaa lights across the top, front and rear light guards, and a small beat up tool box in the bed. It's in my profile pic, but it's kinda hard to see.

Anyway, Contact the Euless, Texas Police if you happen to stumble upon it.

As always,

Thanks for your help.

Sorry to hear this Luke. I hope you get it back in one piece. I'm sure it is headed south, but might just be for a joy ride and they don't hurt it.

To catch them in the act.

What are the details?

Man, Luke, I'm sure sorry to hear. Every morning I wake up to see if my truck is still there, knowing I'm just biding my time till it gets stolen.
I sure hope you get it back, but like Rick said, I'm sure its heading south.

Just curious, did you happen to have any anti-theft devices installed like an alarm that prevents the engine from starting or a brake lock of some kind? Not that they can’t tow it away but having an idea of what type of security system that failed may help others modify their vehicle security plan. I know how you feel. I lived a few miles from the border for 15 years and by the time most people noticed their vehicle was gone, it was already over the border. LOJACK is not very effective when the border is too close.

i saw a show a few weeks ago about the drug cartels stealing 4x4's to run drugs (offroad) across the border. once the trip has been made they abandon the vehicle in the middle of nowhere....usually beat up and broke down.

Sorry to hear Luke. Will be headed down for the race this weekend. If I see your truck I may have to put a couple vent holes in it for you. Been wanting to try out the new striker and recoil rod in the glock anyway.

My sympathy Luke...

My winter home is in prime smuggling territory (has been on Border Wars a couple of times). When I'm not using my truck, the injector driver module power relay is pulled.

Still working with the insurance company. God I hate insurance companies....

We got a slight break, but not really a good one. My toll tag was pinged at 5:20ish this morning headed south on 161. Unfortunately, the local cops wont return my calls so I can tell them this.

Feel free to 'ventilate' the truck if needed. I don't care if she's damaged, I want my baby back!

Can you upload any pictures to your gallery here Luke? Where exactly was it stolen at? Get a picture and some more info up and I'll post it over at the NTXPSA site also.

Finally figured out how to post pics in the gallery, so take a look there. The pics are a year and a half old, but she still looks about the same, just add a westin grill guard on the front.

It was taken from my apartment parking lot in Euless (Next to DFW airport). My windows in the apartment were open and it was parked right below my window so I have no idea how they took it. I am a super light sleeper and hear everything. I'm pissed.
