Soundproofing in the doors?

Soundproofing in the doors?
I just ordered all 5 pl actuators for my (new to me!) 2000 Ex. I'm wondering if anyone has put any soundproofing in the doors? Seems like the sheet metal is a bit on the flimsy side and it vibrates every time I close a door (my 2005 F-250 did the same thing). That has to contribute to some amount of road noise.
I've read some good things about "Peel and Seal" which is an asphalt roof flashing sold at Lowes (equivalent products available at other big box stores) as a poor man's Dynamat. Long thread here: Cheap alternative to Dynamat - Page 5 - Rat Rods Rule - Rat Rods & Hot Rods, Rat Rod Photos, Rat Rods For Sale, Builds, Parts, Tech, Talk & Advice!
And another on "microbeads + exterior paint" as an insulator/noise reducer: alternative to Lizard Skin
Wondering if there would be benefits to either/both on the doors in the Ex? I figure as long as I've got to get in there to replace the lock actuators, maybe I can quiet her up a bit at the same time.

So I took the day off from work kinda slow. I figured what the hell lets give this a try went to lowes and got 1 roll and a roller. Wow what a difference it made I can hear my music a little better and when I close the door its sounds solid. I did learn that 1 roll will do 3 doors so the next day off im going to get another roll and finish the other 3 doors. I may even get crazy and door the floor and the roof. Thanks for the heads up on this cheap tip.

Read these two threads...might answer some question you may have.

not to rain on a parade, but I have spent a lot of time reading about peal and seal and if you are in a hot climate the adhesive / asphault underneath with actually melt and end up as goop in the bottom of your door.
Just saying that because there are alternatives to the expensive deadeners that do not cost too much more per square foot.
