my truck makes 9psi of oil presure when its mid way warmed up. it randomly dies and the oil presure guage on the dash bounces and oil light comes on. Also smokes like crazy when it runs, but it always starts. has all new injectors. is it a bad lpop or a bad main bearing

 

Sounds like either a badly worn out low pressure oil pump and/or a few piston cooling jets have fallen out of their seats.
