What years can I pull a wicked wheel out of?
I'm on the hunt for a wicked wheel on craigslist. I see turbo's for sale and people parting out rust buckets all the time. I know the WW is in early 99's, but how far back can I go to get one?
Also, should I steer clear of ones with over 150,000 miles? What's the magic number?
The wheel is independant from the shaft, right? What are signs of wear on the wheel itself? Sharp blades?
Dump some knowledge on me fella's...are there any disadvantages to the WW? Should I have Jody send me new tunes once I get the WW?
Thanks in advance!

That would be great....as for wear, I imagine just a visual inspection of the blades is as much as I can do.

Don't bother with a used one! At around 100$ for brand new it isn't worth the time trying to find one then mag part. Inspection! By the time your done with the balance it's Cost you $150! it's the deal of the century getting a inspected 0 balanced new wheel for less than you can mag a used one!
