Desperately need help in a hurry
Let's start a year ago when the truck would die almost every time I stopped. Replaced CPS and it helped the dying, but I had rough idle. Replaced the ICP sensor and problem was intermittent. Did the wiggle test on the connector and it proved to be bad. Truck was running okay for about a year.
About 2 weeks ago I was on the interstate at light throttle just to maintain speed. The truck acted like I stood on the pedal and took off on its own. Also, light throttle maintaining speed it would fall on its face like I let off. I thought it was accelerator pedal position. Well, that problem went away. While pulling codes though,I got some help in another thread and ended up replacing EBP sensor, cleaning EBP tube, replaced manifold air temp sensor, and put a 470 ohm resistor between the blue wire on the AIH relay and ground.
This brings us to today..... This morning on the way in to work the truck was running fine. Feels like more power in stock tune after I replaced the EBP sensor. Going fine for the first 20 miles or so, hit 80 econo tune after temp came up, still running fine on interstate. As soon as I hit the exit ramp it started bucking and died. Had to ride the stop pedal and give it fuel to keep it running. After it died in traffic the third time I pulled over and resigned to taking a day off work with no pay. SES did come on in the parking lot. Killed it and restarted. SES stayed on for a bit, then went out. Ran okay to the dealer, and ran okay back to the house. No bucking or stalling.
Here are the current DTCs as of this morning (I cleared them yesterday afternoon).

Here is current plot of ICP at idle:

I did notice that mice have chewed my harness to the EBPV sensor. I am wondering if this might have anything to do with losing sensors and all of my issues.
Sorry to be so long winded. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

KOER gives me:
P0476
P0541
I had been getting random KAM failure codes, random B codes for the overhead, random speed sensor codes, etc. None of those showing up now.
Another thing to note is that I pulled ICP plug at the dealer (after truck was running okay again) and I did notice the idle change.
I have been concerned about the ICP voltage varrying so much (see AE plot above). I was supposed to rebuild IPR this weekend but could not get to it. I wonder if it is a flaky ICP or sticky IPR.

I have really been debating that for some time now. Seems like most of the problems go away in stock tune, but chip is still in there. Waiting on the truck to cool down so I can replace the CPS again! Then I may end up "de-chipping" this turd.

Wouldn't you know the truck ran okay back here to work. I'm thinking the CPS was not the issue here just because I could keep her running with some throttle. I plotted ICP and APP on the way in, and my APP (volts) looks square wavish like my ICP (volts) does. I wonder if I have a flaky ECU or maybe I have the sample rate wrong on AE? I really need this thing to screw up when I have AE running, but it is classic "mechanic syndrome".

Any suggestions on testing the harness/HPOP sensor? Will stay up late again tonight and rebuild the IPR. I also plan on getting to the EBPV harness and fixing what the mice ate.
