If it has a solid front axle then it's not stock. Someone swapped it in there. The first thing is to figure out what axle and how it was done. If there was any custom work done then the lift might have to be custom as well.

But it still has leafs in front so adding a leaf is the easy way to lift it.

Suspension lifts are better than body lifts for a lot of reasons, so if you're going to lift it do it the right way. How big of a lift do you want? What size tire are you going to run? Have you thought about gears?

There are lots of options to consider. You really need to do your research and decide what will fit your needs best. Do a search, there is a ton of information on these forums.

F250 leveling kit

Ok I have a question I have a 2000 f250 rwd and I put the 2" leveling kit in the front. But iv been looking around and I found a 2" rear spacer to lift the backend of the truck but that will make it unlevel again so could I make a 4 in block for the front under the spring with a shock exstintion drop? Or would thAt be unstable in the front? Or do you think it will work?

NEVER put lift blocks under the front springs.

Ok, I just realized a couple things:

- this wasn't your thread
- you're talking about a 2000 F-250
- this is the '87 to '96 forum
- your truck is 2wd
- so it has front coils

I am not real familiar with how your truck's front suspension is set up, but in general, when you start lifting 4", you need to start thinking about a dropped pitman arm, dropped sway bar links, extended brake lines, and possibly radius arm drop brackets.

You should start a thread in the correct forum to get the best responses.
