2012 f250 SD shudders when stopping.
I am having a problem with my new F250. I have about 1,000 miles. Ever since I bought it I have had a shuddering/vibration just as the truck comes to a full stop. It happens primarily when it is cold, sporadically when warm but it does not do it all the time. The dealer has had it for 4 days and they have experienced this condition. They have not been able to figure out what is going on with it. They have ruled out the brakes. I don't believe its the brakes either because I don't feel the shudder in the brake pedal. I told the service manager that it feels like the truck is trying to down shift but isn't aligning with a gear. I need the the truck for a couple of days so I am picking it up and returning later in the week. I was wondering if anyone else is or had experienced this problem. Or if you have any thoughts on what might be the cause of this problem.

update
After 2500 milesI am still having the same problem. Some things that I have noticed and have pointed out to the service manager on a test drive: 1)The shudder happens after it is driven for about 5 miles. Then continues for awhile then it won't shudder. After that it becomes intermittent.
2) Trans temp gauge does not move from cold until after it is driven for about 25 minutes. Then it creeps to the normal range.
3) I can recreate the shudder when I put the truck into neutral and move it to drive or reverse. This happens every time cold or warm engine.
4) When the shudder happens the RPM's drop, lights on truck dim.
I was told by lead service tech that he believes that it is the processor and that they can't do anything until Ford sends a revised program.
Ford will not let the service tech work on vehicle until the break in period is over which they say is 8,000 miles. That is unless something breaks.
Is there anybody else that has had this problem?
Thanks.
