Long cranking times

Hey guys, having a strange prob with my '02 F3350 SRW. Took the truck for a new paint job(tuxedo black, '05 Harley Headlights, Grille and Chrome Bumper) Truck started and ran like a champ when I took it there. They had it for 32 days (!) I picked it up, an immediately noticed I had to crank it a lot longer than normal to start, a solid 10+ seconds at least. I thought maybe just cause it hadn't ran for more tham a min or two in the last month, just needed a good run. Wrong! Had the truck put for a 10 min rip (still not totally back together) Went to start it up 5 mins after shut down, same situation.
Had the engine out in August, did the oil pan, all glow plugs, upgraded to the Int. bellowed up pipes, installed a Dino Fuels CCK and changed a fuel line from the bowl to the pass. side head. Also had ex. manifolds planed and installed new studs.
Noticed a plug haning from the D/S innner fender upon return from body shop, but I'm not sure where it came from. Doesn't really look as though it was plugged in. I'm a bit discouraged, spent a lot of $$$ on the old girl, just hoping its not serious.

Also checked GPR with test light, seems to check out, though I didn't use DMM

Thanks

I'd check the batteries, cable and ground connections first. Voltage issues can cause long cranks.

Charged batteries when I got truck back to the shop. Engine whirls over real fast, changed starter about a year ago, two bolt style. I don't have any bad connections that I'm aware of, changed the cable to the starter when I changed the starter, to a 3 ought cable, all terminals are clean and tight at batteries.... Won't be able to get to it again till monday...

Check your high pressure oil reservoir before you start the truck to see how much oil is in it, if its low or no oil, would do it to you.
