I'm running 7 pro.
Neighbor across the street just installed 8.1 in a Sony Vaio dual core.
He likes it.
I trust his opinion as he has been writing code for decades.
I get all my good stuff from him.
I'm going to have him install 8.1 in my Toshiba that's running Vista.
I'm going to pull the hard drive to save what's on it and install a new one.

On my tablet, the box comes up, and as soon as you hit the print area to bring up the keyboard, the box disappears. If you click give reputation, it gives the reps without the message.
