overloaded f-150

this poor poor '95 f-150 was in today. they wanted a 8'6" super duty plow with steel box wings. first time they lifted the plow i thought the front tires were gonna blow and the front tires went into the fenders.

sad

1st heavy wet snow will kill it. The 1/2 ton front end and axles won't take that weight for long. What is the weight of that set up?

I predict snapped axle housing, driver's side, just outside the differential. At about the time Turx predicts; first wet heavy snow.

Even w/ a wavier signed, your company is still directly responsible for putting such an unsafe vehicle on the road, even if only on a moral level. Is it really worth the safety of other drivers on the road that you did this for an idiot just to make a few $$'s ?

First time I see someone buying a brand new plow to use in a yard....

Or I hope so anyways... if he plans on plowing commercially with that thing, hes gonna eat tires and go through ball joints like hes gonna go through gas!

That's hilarious tho

If you think it's overloaded now, wait until they have to put 2000 lbs of sand in back just to get enough traction to push that plow.
