Brian. sorry to hear, you can come over to the shop for a weekend and I would help you pull your engine and repair. Might even build a tech weekend out of it.

 

Thanks for the offer Mark, But that tow bill would be huge.. I'm Thinking I will let my buddy at Performance Authority pull the engine for me, All I have is gravel in my driveway and shop, cant fit this beast in the shop anyways, and been working 60+ hour weeks on top of it all. Last thing I am wanting to do with my time off is work on this dam thing, Guess I'll be driving the old Bronco for a few weeks.

 

Curious, what antifreeze were you running?

 

did a set of heads on my 460 a few months ago and I used the engine hoist to pull the heads in the vehicle worked just fine you can ease it down as slow as you need to, those heads are like 90 lbs. how much do the 7.3's weigh anyways?
