did you get the timing marks lined up properly like the article explains?
what did the po use for a replacement ip? used or rebuilt?
did you measure the amount of fuel coming from the valve on the fuel filter head while cranking?
it takes roughly two full 15 second cranks (with a 2 minute cool down period in between) to fill a completely empty IP with a fully restored starting system,and this is with an e-pump so that fuel has already filled the fuel filter.
if she's now firing,then she's getting fuel,but probably not enough.either the lift pump,or ip may be your suspects.
