Lastly If you cant find anything take it back to the dealer and insist they fix it or find a reputable alignment shop.
Ignore ALL the advice about installing a steering stabilizer. This will just camouflage an obvious problem.
If you are still on the same stock size tires you obviously have a problem elsewhere.
If there is a stabilizer take it off first. Then lift the front end up and move the steering/suspension parts. Check for play in balljoints (check youtibe for the best way to do it). Check trackbar bushings (any play?), check stabilizer bar for any play. USe a crowbar to help check for play. If it is that bad I'd not drive the truck much if you can.

So I replaced it with a Bilstein which seemed to work for a while until wobbling started again after a couple months which didn't make sense. I checked it and it was still 'good'

The root of the problem was a trashed track bar bushing.

Too bad i didn't take any pics, but a piece of bushing's rubber was peeling outwards even though it looked 'ok' otherwise.. My son and I spent a morning putting in a new Moog unit that cost $11 on Ebay. Needless to say, I had to buy a 12ton press from Harbor Freight for $100 after a 25% coupon to press it out and back in . I wasn't sure if the smaller 6ton press would work so I coughed up a few extra bux for the 12ton. Still cheaper than sending it to the shop or swapping out my whole front end like everyone is suggesting to do.... All has been perfectly good for the past 8 months and 7K miles with the Bilstein.

I want to mention Rancho is a bunch of crooks. They will not honor their limited lifetime warranty because I bought it through Amazon. Understandably, Amazon won't cover because it was over a year, . My other 4 Rancho RS9000 shocks need replacing as they are gone... It's been 5yrs.. I'm not holding my breath to see if they'll honor the warranty on them either.
I did the same on my 2001's trackbar. USed a 20 ton harbor freight press. HAd to drill out the outer metal bushing shell. Then the new bushing wouldn't go in. I made a funnel that would squeeze the new bushing down and in it went ! Been great ever since.
