New guy from Canada.

Hey All,

New guy from Vancouver here. just picked up this sweet 79 on the weekend.

straight 6, auto...pretty damn decent condition. stoked.

yeah i picked it up in esquimalt. i used to live in victoria too. love it over there!

verrrrrry nice!! I had an ugly 86 F-150 4x4 std with the same motor. With 300K in 2005 I drove 11,500km (about 7000 miles) to bring back a 20ft 5500lb bertram (bought on eBay) from Columbia SC to Gibsons BC. At one point in northern Nevada it got so steep I was in 2nd gear for over 8 miles. Talk about mistreatment. I sold it (the truck - still have the boat) to a local guy the next year (after replacing the clutch) for $500. I still see it driving by every month or so - unbelievable.
