No brake/turn/hazard lights - only running lamps

When I bought this truck, it was obvious the previous owner never meant for it to return to the street. He cut all of the wiring from tail lights, head lights, random wires under the dash...it's a nightmare.

I've got the tail lights wired, after finding a socket that was cut off from the rear. So now the truck has running lamps and headlights, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what the heck is wrong with the turn signals, hazards, and brake lights.

I just replaced the turn signal switch yesterday and still no help. The two flasher relays under the dash trip if I short the blades...learned merely by accident. All of the fuses in the truck are brand new as well. I tried looking over the wiring diagram and I can't make heads or tails of it. Ideas?

Solved!

The issue ended up being a bad connection in the fuse for the brake lamps/hazards. A secondary issue was a weak flasher relay. Problem solved!
