High pressure a/c switch

High pressure a/c switch
I just bought a 91 f150 xlt lariat and connected to the rear of the a/c compressor is this pressure switch. The owner before me let someone work on it who was the wrong guy to help. There are two wires that come out of the top of this switch that have been cut and I cannot find where they should connect to. I went to the Ford parts guy who printed out a diagram but it shows no wires only the switch. Can anyone that owns the same vehicle look and please describe to me where to connect these two wires.
Thanks,
Harley

Your truck did not come from the factory with R-134a therefore it did not have a high pressure cutoff switch. Sounds to me like someone has converted from R-12 to R-134a or used the newer hoses and condenser from a truck using it. IIRC the manifold assembly that bolts to the back of the compressor is where that high pressure switch is located on trucks using R-134a.
The high pressure cutoff switch is wired in series with the low-pressure/clutch cycling switch.
